    Thank you for your question and I am happy to assist you with this.
    As I can see from the screenshot, the Opcache is showing enabled – Opcode: Zend Opcache
    It would say “not detected” if the Opcode is not available.
    To explain this more, the Opcode Cache is a read-only dropdown that shows actual opcode cache settings.
    As for the Validate timestamps, it’s also a read-only and is showing the status when and if enabled.
