Can't enable portfolio feature

I’ve installed Jetpack because I want to create Portfolios and portfolio content , Iv’e activated the Custom Contents type in Jetpack but cannot enable the Portfolio projects as I don’t have that feature in my Settings/Writing tab. I have the latest version of everything.
How can I activate this?
