    Sorry to hear you’re having some issues getting going with the plugin. I’d like to collect some additional details to ensure we’re all on the same page. Please get back in touch with the following at your earliest convenience:
    – WordPress version used
    – PHP version being used
    – MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin version
    – The name of the theme being used on the site?
    – A list of other plugins currently installed on the site?
    – Is any error being displayed in your php logs after attempting to save the API key in the plugin settings?

    Another user, Anders, had a similar situation occur on their site – https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/white-screen-upon-entering-api-key/#post-8481701 when their site was in a debug mode. Is that the case with your site by any chance?

    I am also having this same issue. Was it ever resolved?

    yes. I have had discussion on mailchimp tech service and they solved it.
