    This seems to be an old issue that was reported fixed, however with the latest version of the plugin (2.4.1 right now), the card details on the form aren’t editable – you simply can’t enter a credit card for payment.

    This is pretty urgent as it means we’re unable to process payments at the moment, and we don’t even get an error to tell us who’s tried, failed, and simply abandoned the site.

    I was able to go to your product page mentioned above.

    Unfortunately, I couldn’t replicate the issue as you mentioned that you mentioned:

    you simply can’t enter a credit card for payment

    Therefore, I’d suggest the following:

    – Please clear your browser cache or try to browse and visit the product page, try again in incognito mode

    – If that doesn’t resolve, please kindly do a conflict test, here is a complete guide to do it

    I am having the same issue and again, don’t know hoq long it has been happening. A customer kindly informed us that he could not enter card details as the firlds were un-editable. The page is my checkout page here:

    I am having the same issue and had to disable as a payment method, any idea what could be causing this,customers can not enter any details.

    Getting desperate now, having customers get in touch saying they cant pay. How many are just giving up and going elsewhere without messaging?

    @msg-meteorites Try reverting to a previous or older version of the plugin until this is resolved.

    Hi folks! Per the forum guidelines, please create a new topic if you’re having a similar issue, as issues that have similar symptoms might not have the same underlying cause, and it’s better to look at each case individually unless.

    @ssmithalignsoftcom Like Sol, I’m also not seeing the issue at the URL you gave, https://flightreview.ca/book-a-flight-review. I’m able to enter credit card information into the fields. Is this an ongoing issue, or is it resolved now?

    The 2.4.1 version of the WooCommerce Square plugin (that wasn’t available at the time I posted this issue) resolved this problem. It wasn’t available via plugin updates at the time, I was able to download it from my WooCommerce account and install it manually. I’m assuming it’s generally available now.
