    When on the checkout page of the store, the fields are shown to enter credit card details, however no data can be entered in these fields. This appears to have only started happening recently, but I’m not able to see anything that may cause the issue.

    Please let me know what additional info I can provide to help debug this. It would be great to solve this one, as it’s currently preventing us from selling stock.

    I visited your site and navigated to the checkout page and I haven’t been able to replicate the same issue. I grabbed a screen recording that you can check out here if you’d like.

    I finally managed to resolve my issue.

    Suspecting there was a plugin conflict, I used a Site Health Check plugin to disable all plugins in “troubleshooting” mode, and the gradually brought them back in one by one to see where the error occurred.

    For me, this error returned when Image Rotator Widget (https://www.wordpresspluginfinder.com/dk-new-medias-image-rotator-widget/) was active. I believe this is due to some kind of conflict across both plugins with JQuery, but I don’t know enough about it to explain the specifics. I’m just glad to finally have the payment gateway operating again! ??
