Cant enter image title

  • When I try and add an image from URL I can enter the URL and the red cross turns into a green tick but when i enter the image title the cross never moves and subsequently I cannot add the image.

    The same thing happens when I try and upload from my computer.

    I have read the other post about failure to load images, could this be related?
