Can't enter IP range

I’m trying to enter a sub-net range for all employees on our network. I enter the range as shown in the example: ###.###.###.0/255 to include all ip’s from ###.###.###.0 to ###.###.###.255
It does not work for a range, none of the addresses are permitted. Entering a single address does work.https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/restricted-site-access/
