• Hi.
    When I try to access Email Templates settings through the Customizer this latter after just a few milliseconds redirects me to default Customizer settings disallowing me to access the ones related to Email Templetes. Unless I type ESC key in time…
    What may cause this?

    I cannot try this now, but I can surely confirm to you that on quite similar installations – I mean same themes+plugins – it doesn’t occur.
    Is there a way I can debug it? Should I read a log file or anything else?

    @alemarengo84 @gonzalesc I had the same issue on multiple installations.

    I did the whole deactivate all plugins & activate 1 by 1. Changed themes. Nothing fixed it.

    Went to Settings > General > Reading and set home to posts instead of a page – boom. Fixed.

    What kind of workaround should it be?
    I need a page as homepage, not posts. So, I cannot do that at all.
    Any other help, please? This is so annoying.

    Temporary fix is to change your homepage to posts, choose your email template settings, and then change it back.

    Additionally, you could follow the instructions to modify templates via PHP.

    You shouldn’t need to be changing your email templates (same as your theme) that often.

    Maybe also add a bug or issue to the GitHub repository.

    Hi Guys, sorry for the delay, for some reason wordpress is not sending this emails. I cannot reproduce the error locally and I tried on several sites.

    Any chance any of you could share login to one of the sites with the bug?

    I can provide you a link in DM a zip file with a backup copy of the website so you can setup a local WordPress installation and replicate the issue. Just let me know.

    Sorry, I confused another topic/plugin.
    I’m still having the same problem, I cannot enter settings. I promise I will send you a copy without personal/company data in order for you to debug.
