When WP Rich Text is enabled, no post content can be entered. The plugin works fine if Rich Text is disabled.

I deactivated and deleted the plugin, then reinstalled. Have tried this on multiple platforms and browsers: Windows, Chromebook, Android, Chrome, IE, Opera and encounter the same problems with all.

If you can help me resolve this, I’ll likely purchase the Pro version. I assume that version would allow me to customize a form for users to enter the content for the post they submit.

Glad to help. It sounds like maybe something is interfering with normal functionality. The first thing to rule out is your current theme. For example, try switching (temporarily) to the default WP theme and try again, should work normally.

Forgot to mention that I already tried various themes. I had been using Beaver Builder Child theme but also tried 2017 and 2016 and experienced the same issue.

Then it must be a plugin interfering somehow. You can verify this by setting up a quick 5-minute WP install, leave everything as-is (default settings, plugins, theme, etc.), and then retry with USP. After verifying that text can be entered in the RTE/Visual textarea, you can use the setup to troubleshoot your current (live) site.

Yes, it was a conflict with another plugin that was causing the problem.
