Can’t even access dashboard

  • Hi! I cannot access my site at all, there is just a blank, white page. Nor can I access my dashboard to delete plugins or the like—again, just a blank screen. When I try to get to my site on Chrome, it says the connection to the site is not secure. Any notion of how to fix any of this???

    Do you have FTP access to your site? You might want to start with deleting the plugins from there if you have access.

    You’ll find them by navigating to the plugins folder which is found in the wp-content folder.

    you can also use this method to deactivate all plugins.

    Use phpMyAdmin to deactivate all plugins.

    In the table wp_options, under the option_name column (field) find the active_plugins row

    Change the option_value field to: a:0:{}
