Can’t “enable” the cart

I just installed this plugin on my WP Engine staging website and navigated to the WP Menu Cart to configure my settings. I got them all configured only to find that there is not a save or publish button! How does one actually activate the settings I’ve applied?
My only option is to “Buy Pro” – is this a paid plugin?

There’s a save button on the bottom of the plugin settings on WooCommerce > Menu Cart Setup, like below:
