Can’t exclude in article ads from pages

I have worked with the operations team for my ad network and she suggested I post on this forum because we were unable to determine why I am not able to set up the ads the way that I want to.

The ads are displaying the way I want on all of the other approximately 100 posts on the site. That is an in content ad above every 3rd image. Here is an example of a post with that setup. I have that configured via Ad Inserter.

I don’t want the in content ads to show on 3 of my posts. I do want the top 728 x 90, the right sidebar 300 x 600, and the bottom anchor ad all to display on these 3 posts.

Once I can stop that ad from showing, I want to setup a tab on ad inserter for only those 3 posts to display ads every 10 paragraphs. That will be my next step.
