    Hi, I had some conflicts with other plugins so I deactivated the plugin. But now when I click delete plugin, it never finishes and the folder is there. Can I simply delete the folder manually from FTP?

    We have not been informed about this issue by other customers. Can you provide some screenshots and raise a query using the plugin so that our developers can directly look into it? You can also send a query using our Website.
