Can’t export leads in excel

  • Hello, i can’t export my leads in excel. When i click on the button, it simply reloads the page, without downloading the excel file. Can you please help me?

    Hello,
    please try a couple of things;
    1. try and download the CSV instaed of excel – does this work ?
    2. check on the server under wp-content/uploads/upicrm – is there an excel file on the server folder ?
