Can’t Export My Blog

I can not export my blog. When I try, the download screen pops up for a brief second, then I’m redirected to an admin login. When I log in, it goes to a blank page. Anyone have an idea how to fix? I tried looking for a plug-in, but the only one I found doesn’t unzip.
