Can’t extract zip files

    Hello,

    Every time I try to extract files from an uploaded zip file I get an error saying files cannot be extracted, followed by the path to the file.

    Any idea what could cause this and a fix?

    Hey @dianar17,

    Thanks for contacting our support. It can be your server issue. Please check your server settings, if they are allowing to do extract function.
    In the file manager, extract function is working fine. Please test on some other server to replicate.
