By far the best forms plugin I have used in the last 8-10 years …. and I have tried and used them all.

I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for, so going with the Enterprise package provides everything I will ever need. I’ve not needed support yet but I am sure it’ll be good. However the ability to create paged forms, conditional logic, progress bars, calculation and superb styling options should keep me busy re-working several hundred forms!
