can't figure out how to imlement theme functionality

    Never mind, I found a video tutorial in the CMS, and found some other things that help. Sorry for posting before I fully researched the issue.

    Actually, I’m still confused and can’t figure this out. The video tutorial wasn’t helpful. Can anyone assist me with the Jquery slider, just under the header?
