Cant Figure Out How To Use For Category

    I am using Custom Sidebar 1.4
    I cannot find how to activate it to work in a specific category. The category pages do not seem to be able to be edited to pick a sidebar so they all display the default sidebar

    Am i missing a setting , location? do i need to upgrade?
    I am able to get them to work perfectly in a page as i can edit the page and chose the sidebar but is there a way to make them work in a specific category or author?

    actually i just updated to the latest version now. So im currently using the 2.1 version But i still need help in that same question. just giving all an updated version number for me

    Hi @darryl505,

    I hope you’re well today! Categories can be handled by selecting the “Sidebar Location” option, where you’ll see a popup showing additional settings.

    You’ll want to use the “As Main Sidebar for selected categories” option there.

    Have you tried that?

    Could you get us a screenshot if that’s not working correctly for you?
