Can’t figure out how to use optgroup

  • Dear friends,
    although I could find several websites with code to put an optgroup into contact form 7, I just have no idea where to put html? simply in the formular field? but then how to combine with thetag generator?
    Could please someone explain? I only need one optgroup.
