cant figure out url change link from blog to home page

  • hello,
    i know this must be an easy fix, but i checked all the online sources and non did work for me. I did change the link for the but i had no success

    <link rel=”pingback” href=”<?php bloginfo( ‘pingback_url’ ); ?>”>
