    The good news is that there is a way to resolve *any* issue with the free version. Just need to know the URL that is getting blocked. The not so good news is that it can be tricky finding the blocked URL. Sometimes it’s straightforward like just look at the browser’s address bar and there it is. Other times, like if the page is doing some Ajax or REST calls, finding the URL requires digging via the browser’s code inspector. Based on your video, it’s looking like things are happening via Ajax, so you would need to do some investigating.

    That in mind, once you know which URL is getting blocked, it’s possible to remove the offending firewall pattern in either the free or pro version of the plugin. The only difference is that, with the free version you need to install a small helper plugin; whereas with Pro there is a settings page where you can toggle patterns on and off with a click.
