Can’t fill form in popup maker when using safari

For some reason, people are unable to fill out a form that is embedded in a popup (popup maker) when using safari or firefox. Works fine on chrome.
The popup form is accessed in several places (ex. ‘learn more’ in main menu).
Also, the form that is not on a popup (https://www.palmbeachcodeschool.com/location/) works fine.
btw, checked out another site we did (https://spiderdoor.com) and have same issue.
