    Hi there,

I send you this e-mail due of a technical issue i’ve got with your videoplayer pro. I’ve bought this plugin.
Now with much difficulty I was able to activate the plugin by placing that license in the right field. But the problem I’ve got now is that I can’t put in the you-tube api key. No matter how often I refresh the page, the bar in which you’ll need to place your API key isn’t selectable.

Also e-mailing any issues with the plugin by e-mailing you from within the e-mail section is not clickable. I also tried out several options concerning technical issues, for example putting out the option of using scripts. Most of these options are clickable.
I’ve used and tried various options but whatever I try, I can’t click on the empty field bar in which you’ll need to give your youtube API key.

I also tried several browsers (I work on an Apple computer using MacOS Sierra version 10.12.. I tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox, but within all of these browsers, clicking on the empty bar for providing the youtube API key didn’t work. The same counts for sending an technical issue e-mail from within the plugin. That’s why I’m trying to contact you in this way.

Are you familiar with these issue(s) ? And is there something I can do myself? Or do you need acces to the website?

p.s. I was able to activate my pro version with the license key and I also was able to activate the PRO Analytics page.

    With regards

    Michiel
