can't fill out "name"

Hi there, I’ve created a form with the following code:
<p>Your Name (required)
[text* your-name] </p><p>Your Email (required)
[email* your-email] </p><p>Subject
[text your-subject] </p><p>Your Message
[textarea your-message] </p><p>[submit “Send”]</p>
When you go to the form and try to fill out the name, there’s no cursor
in the NAME field…Pls look at https://greenbranchdesign.com/contact-us/
