Hi, I just installed the newest version of AAM and it does not show up in the backend menu. So I can’t do anything with it. I use this plugin on another website with version 4.7.2 and everything works there….
I realized in the plugin listing it only shows “Deactivate” with the “Advanced Access Manager” entry and no “Edit”.
Or are the plugin setting hidden somewhere else in the newes version?
    Thanks, Martina

    Hi @miwalther,

This should not be the case. It is quite possible that there are some server side permission issues. Typically the “Edit” action is shown if your PHP executable has permissions to write files within plugin’s directory.

It is hard to tell me what is the cause as there is not enough information. Keep me updated.

    Hi,
I have the same problem, I made some update and now I can’t see the plugin in the left menu, also we have 3 administrator users and one cannot log in, it says “Access Deny”. Why? Can you help me?
    Thanks,
    Laurent
