Can't find BackUpWordPress Backup

It sounds like something went wrong with the backup process, I’ve just released an update (version 1.5) can you update and then re-test.

I see in my dashboard that the backup was completed last night. This is great. Thank you. However, I have one more question:

I opened the zip folder and only saw one file called database…
I selected to have both the database and my files backedup up. Do you know if I’m supposed to see more files when I open the zip folder?

Hi Kara,

You should see more files, it sounds like the files backup isn’t working.

There is a new version coming out in a few days which should further improve the files backup, hopefully that will fix the issue.

If you want to you can grab the latest code from https://github.com/humanmade/BackUpWordPress/zipball/master and manually upload it to your site to see if it does fix your issue.

Thank you for your reply. No problem. Since I don’t know how to upload the code, I’ll wait for the new version. I backed up my website manually a few days ago.
