Can’t find custom taxonomy under filter options

  • Hi,

    I can’t seem to add a custom taxonomy filter. When I try to add a filter the only options I get are Attribute, Tag, Product Category and Rating. I’m trying to filter by a custom taxonomy ‘Brand’ but it doesn’t appear in the list.

    I’m fairly new to WordPress so I must have made a mistake somewhere but if you could give me any help it would be great appreciated.

    Hi Rob,

    In the plugin description we have:

    Additional Features in Paid Plugin:

    Filter by Custom Taxonomy, Price ranges, Sale status, Sub-categories, Date and Availability( in stock | out of stock | any )

    It means that this features are not presented in the free version of the plugin.
