Can't find Home page

Hi, I love your theme, perfect for my use and clean. However, I am having problems with finding my home page and the URL is incorrect. How can I resolve this?
I transferred my site from 2012 to ‘Leaf’ but decided to delete and add additional pages etc. I also renamed a few – the cause I believe?
I set a new home page set as a blog template, named it Home and assigned categories to it. But now I have my URL repeated. Was this correct?
Any advice please!
