Can't Find How to Enable Page Comments

    Hello,

    I’m not sure if this has to do with the theme or not, but can’t figure out what else it might be.

    There’s a page I’d like to enable comments for. However, I’m not seeing any options to enable comments for that page when I am in the edit screen. For other post types there’s a discussion heading, but not so for pages. What could be the problem?

  • When you are in the page editor, you should see a section labeled Discussion below the page contents field. If you don’t see such a section, then click on the Screen Options tab in the upper right corner and check the box labeled Discussion. The Discussion section should now appear, and you should then be able to check the box labeled Allow comments.
