    Hello peterhines,

The code for Newcomb ~ New York, USA is 2372147.

    The system works just fine.
Please try again and it should show up in the drop-down, and then save the location.

Maybe you’ve changed widget’s language prior to searching for location?
If that was the case, please set English as a language in the widget’s settings and try again.

I’m having this issue on a new website, the city selector in the widget just spins not matter what city I try to find. It prompted me to go searching to see if there was an offline resource for the city codes I could search.

    Hi twissman,

please send us a link to the page where you have placed the widget (if you don’t choose a location, default, New York City, location is chosen)

We can not check your admin panel, but checking your front page might help.
It might be some .js/jquery issue with another plugin.

Also, send us the city whose ID you’re trying to find.

    The widget is located here,

    https://fios1migration.rnnblogs.com/

It loads the default location fine. I’m trying to add Jersey City New Jersey, White Plains New York and Westbury New York, all in the US. I’m not able to search for an city really, the wheel just spins.

    Any Update on this?

As for “spinning” – when we checked the front page you have sent us,
search for different location works just fine (although with a bit of a delay).

There should not be a problem with setting a location in the admin panel.
    Please try again.
