Can't find log in information for my website blog

There’s a blog we made for our website https://www.itestcash.com that is at https://www.blog.itestcash.com but we cannot find the information we used to log in to the account.

I used to run the blog but then I switched it over to my brothers account and apparently his e-mails aren’t working to get a new password, so we have a blog that is in limbo.

It would be ideal if we could delete so we can make a new one for the website so it doesn’t ruin our google rankings.

Is their anyway to contact WordPress about deleting the blog?

If you look at it, you can see it hasn’t been updated in a while. Any ideas are appreciated.
