    I’ve successfully linked and backed up to google drive.
    But no matter how I search IN google drive I can’t see the folder and files, like I could when I backed up to drop box. Even though in Updraft it seems to have been successful, it’s disconcerting that I can’t find the actual files in Google drive.
    Anybody know where to look in google drive? I thought it should be obvious. Even searching my google drive does not bring up anything under “Updraft”
    Thanks

    If you do find the answer, post it here. Thanks

    Can you please check if you are connected to right account?

    Please check if you have logged into multiple accounts from same browser, That might have caused ambiguity.

    If you have multiple accounts try to signout of all the accounts and then log in with one account,try to re-authenticate and check if the issue gets fixed?

    Thanks,

    I’m not sure what I did different because last time I had logged in and out of my accounts, but now it is working. I have 2 sites backing up to 2 different google drive accounts. I did noticed that it did take a few hours to finish one, despite just being like 350 meg or so.

    @fragtagger

    Okay, So are the backups running as expected and being sent to correct GoogleDrive account?

    @javiferrer

    Have you tried to connect to correct GoogleDrive account and re-run the backup process?

    Yes mine is working now and I can see the folder in my Google Drive.

    @fragtagger Glad to hear its working now ??

    @javiferrer Let us know if its still not working for you?

    I’m having the very problem. I know I’m in the right account.

    Any ideas of what I might do?

    TIA,
    David

    I am having the same issue and I have not been able to find the backup, even though I waited for two hours for my phone to backup my photos and contacts and said complete. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I’m having the same problems. I ran a backup with automatic upload to Google Drive. The plugin says it is there but I cannot find it on Google drive or my web server (looked on cPanel>filemanager) The file does not appear on my webserver until I click the ‘Backup data (click to download)’ links on the Backup/Restore tabs. Then I have to manually move them to Google Drive. This automatic upload feature did work until I updated to the current version of Updraft+ (free).

    I’m not sure where the backups are being held as my Disk Usage on cPanel doesn’t change until after I use the click to download links. Also, My Google drive disk space does not change until I manually copy them from the server to Google drive.
