Can't find my file

  • Hi there,

    First time posting her and don’t know where to look (Not sure if i’m in the right forum).

    I’m installing a custom PHP contact form on my wordpress site. I’ve written out the form and done up the PHP script but everytime i test the form i get the Error 404 saying that the contact_code.php script can’t be found even though it’s in the same folder on my server as the contact page template. . . is there anything i’m missing on either of the forms that i should have?
