Can't find my plugin in plugin search

I am the author of a WordPress plugin in the codex:
https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/calais-auto-tagger/
It’s called “WP Calais Auto Tagger” and has been there for 4 years, most recently updated earlier today.
If I go into a blog’s WP-Admin area and do a plugin search for the term “calais”, my plugin is not in the search results.
Why not?
