can’t find page 2

I’ve uploaded word press and copied to my site https://www.ceael.com/ceael_media/earthcore/
The first install page is fine but the second gives the error not found (as if the connection is broken but I checked that google still loads so the connection is actually OK).

Infact the install.php runs fine but as soon as the “?” is placed after it, I get “not found”.
Can anyone help?
