I have the free version and am having difficulty locating the data regarding subscriptions within the database. Primarily trying to locate all subscriptions for a particular user. Ideally, wanting to write my own SQL to pull all subscriptions for single user.

The technical answer is that each user has a record in the wp_post table with a custom post type of: wpplugin_subscr

This record has another record in wp_postmeta table that includes if the user is active or not.

The username and password for the user are handled by WordPress and are stored in the wp_users table.
