Can’t find products by SKU

  • Hi, I can’t find products when searching by SKU. Search results work fine when searching by name, just not by SKU. Is this a known issue? Any ideas on what’s causing it or how to solve it?

    In the normal text search you can use “sku:xxxxxxxx” to lookup by sku.
    You can also click the magnify icon and change it to “barcode”. Then you can lookup & add products by Barcode.
