Can't find reading settings

  • Hey guys,
    My homepage has a “nothing found” message with a search box. But
    I don’t want to show any blog posts, I want a static frontpage with just my text.
    Searching around for how to do this it seems like I have to access the reading settings, which I somehow cannot find. My settings page only has “General”, “Writing”, “Discussion” and “Analytics” pages.
    Where can I access the reading settings? Is there any other way to do this?

  • In your dashboard, its under Settings –> Reading

    If you don’t see a Settings option in the left hand menu, are you sure you are logged in as an admin?

    Thanks, I’ve been able to change it now.
    But I’m still getting the “nothing found” message in the bottom of my homepage.
    How do I go about removing it?
