Can't find setting: "Clear Cart When Logging Out"

I’m looking for the WooCommerce settings to “clear cart when logging out”, but I can’t find it anywhere. Can someone help me find it?
Right now, the carts are emptying on logout, but we really don’t want that. We want the carts to save until checkout, ie: only empty carts after a successful checkout.
I found the following 2 posts which refer to a WooCommerce setting to clear cart when logging out, and I thought that setting would be a great solution, but I can’t find the setting anywhere.
