Can’t find settings

I must be being really stupid but I can’t seem to find where I can change the settings for this. I can’t find any instructions either but I’m guessing that’s because it’s really straightforward? Not sure if my template is blocking the feature so would you be able to tell me where the settings are supposed to be? Thanks
