Can’t find source to remove contact form on bottom of page

Hello, I am trying to remove the contact form at the bottom of the page. I don’t see the source anywhere in the builder or live builder. I have checked all form plugins that are already integrated with Word Press.

I can customize the size of the ‘Message’ box but I can’t change anything else.
