Can't find the admin panel anymore after setting the template to maintenance

    hi

    I changed through a security plugin the root of my admin login and then i went into the maintenance mode.
    I went into the maintenance through a mode in the template.
    So there was no .maintenance file created in the ftp!

    Right now i have no way to get into the backend again.

    Is there a other way to bring the side out of the maintenance mode? like in any php script or maybe the db?
    Or is it possible to find the root of the new admin panel in a script on my server
