Can’t find the attributes when map the field

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

How did you add the UPC field to your product edit page? Did you create an attribute for that yourselves or are you using an 3th party plugin for that? If it is a plugin, which one are you using?

I use plugin”Product GTIN (EAN, UPC, ISBN) for WooCommerce” to add the UPC. here is the link: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/product-gtin-ean-upc-isbn-for-woocommerce/

We installed that plugin and managed to get it to work.

These are the general plugin settings for that plugin:

We than changed the field mapping of our plugin to this:
