I know that this forum os for Goolge Site Plugin, but I0m desperate and dont know of a better place to ask this.

My site is having the following error:

Uncaught ReferenceError: ga is not defined
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> ((index):281)
    at i (jquery-1.12.4-wp.js:2)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery-1.12.4-wp.js:2)
    at Function.ready (jquery-1.12.4-wp.js:2)
    at HTMLDocument.J (jquery-1.12.4-wp.js:2)

I have tried to debug the problem and after checkin the tag assistan I realized 3 things:

    1.Global site tag (gtag.js)
    UA-130569087-3

I dont recognize tha UA Number, but cant fid where it was injected.

    2.Google Tag Manager
    GTM-5LRDM8M

I have both the UA and the GTM, shouild I have both?

3.- No Google Analytics HTTP responses because opted out code detected.

I need to solve this problems

I think that solving the 3 issues above my main problem will be solved too.

I need the help of the experts.

@eibihp Thanks for opening a support topic, hopefully we can assist. See below:
    1. The tracking code you referenced (UA-130569087-3) is for Site Kit’s anonymous tracking. You can choose to opt out of this from within the plugin settings.
    2. If you’re using Google Tag Manager that’s no problem to also use Analytics from within Tag Manager or separately.
    3. The “opted out code detected” may be as a resulted of logged in users not being counted for visits. You can check for the same notices while not logged in.

Let me know if the above answer your questions, or if you have any other queries in relation to the above.

    Should I?
    Where is that setting?

@eibihp It’s your choice. You can find the option under Site Kit > Settings > Admin Settings > Tracking. Here’s a screenshot.
