Cant find the page template attribute when adding new page

I have a problem with creating new template page for google search results.
I make a copy of page.php file as google-search.php. with this lines
/*
Template Name: Google Search Results
*/
And when i create a page with add page from admin, I found that only parent and order attributes at the side bar show up , the template attribute is missing. Strange thing is it has shown in my localhost and work fine. but not on the live server. I am using all identical files, uploaded to server.
If anybody has experience the problem, please give some advice about it.
