You should go to dashboard->plugins->editor. Select Telegram for WordPress from dropdown menu and click on select. The selected file istwp.php.Hi, It’s ok dear,

when i use this option (Excerpt + Featured Image) this error come ([Error]: MEDIA_CAPTION_TOO_LONG).
But the other option title + future image working fine.Thanks
