Can’t find the way to increase the number of products per page

If I understand correctly, you are unable to see the option to specify the number of products per page to be displayed, within the customizer, is this correct?

WooCommerce core does not have a Products per page option, by default, and this may have been something added by a previous theme used.

However, if you are perhaps referring to the Rows per page option (which doesn’t seem to be an option as per your screenshot), then its possible that the theme(s) you are using is affecting this option from being displayed:

To check, you can temporarily switch your theme to Storefront, and see if this option is available.

If so, you’d need to reach out to the respective theme developers for further help with this, as they would be in the best position to navigate toward a solution.

On the other hand, if you would like to have more control over the number of products displayed per page, you can have a look at the Product Per Page for WooCommerce extension.

I indeed tried switching themes but the option “Rows per page” still doesn’t appear.

What could be the solution on the Woocommerce side to fix it, beside paying a monthly subscription to the WC products per page plugin you linked in your reply ?

As mentioned by @beautyofcode , the Products per page is not an option within the Customizer by default (based on our documentation). The Rows per page on the other hand, should be available within the Customizer, however you are still not seeing it even after you tried using a default theme such as Storefront, is that correct?

Can you try deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce and then check if the Rows per page option appears? If it does, then one of the other plugins is likely causing the issue, and you can reactivate them one by one to identify the culprit.

Regarding your question about the solution on the WooCommerce side to fix the Products per page, beside paying a monthly subscription to the WooCommerce Products per page extension, another option is to manually adjust the number of products displayed per page by editing the WooCommerce code. Please note that we can’t provide support for code customization as per our support policy. Still, if you need customization, we do our best to offer advice and direct you to appropriate resources.
