cant find theme after account was Nuked

  • So I had tons of issues with my site after attempting to install the Food theme all my myself. I finally asked the bluehost technician to just wipe/nuke my account so i could start over completely. now i cannot find the food theme anywhere. does this mean i have to pay 49 bucks and buy it again?? one i buy it isn’t it mine?

  • Nuking an account does exactly that: Zero, nada, no more.

    That will depend upon the author/vendor’s polices or practices, so you will have to go ask. Nuking a house will not make a free replacement available, but you likely purchased a “user license” or whatever that should still be good for a fresh download.

    Where did you buy the theme from? It’s possible that the theme vendor may actually let you download the theme again.

    thank you both! it was still in my downloads folder so i had to reinstall.
