    G’day Chris,

    Sorry, didn’t notice this one. Sometimes the email alerts here don’t make it through to my email inbox for whatever reason.

    The bookings that say Processing (eWAY) probably didn’t complete for some reason. The one that says Approved should have a transaction, however. Do you get a transaction ID when you export the bookings for that event?

    Can you also confirm please what versions of the following software you have installed?

    * WordPress
    * Events Manager plugin
    * Events Manager Pro plugin
    * eWAY Payment Gateway plugin

    Hi Ross,

    Thanks for the reply. I checked and there is no transaction ID for all the transactions exported for that specific event.

    We also have the following software installed:

    WordPress 4.3.1
    Events Manager 5.6
    Events Manager Pro 2.4.2
    eWay Payment Gateway 3.4.0

    Hmm, the EM and EM Pro versions aren’t the latest, but I just looked at the changelogs on those and can’t see anything that would affect this. I’m running latest (EM 5.6.1, EM Pro 2.4.3) for what it’s worth.

    I assume you’re getting the credit card fields on the page, and that they’re the eWAY ones?

    Can you check that there are no JavaScript errors on the page when you load it and when you place a booking? Check your web browser’s developer console.

    If you can supply a URL, I can take a look at the front end at least, to confirm the above. If you don’t want to supply it publicly, please use my support form.

    G’day Chris,

    I can’t find anything that should do that, in my testing. However, I did find a problem with the pre-transaction validation which I’ve fixed in the just-released v3.5.0 — so please update and give that a try.
